Integrated Flow Measurement and Data Communication System for Gohar Hamkar

Gohar Hamkar Mining and Industrial Company specified this project for the client’s plant within the Gol Gohar Iron and Steel Development complex in Sirjan. The requirement extended beyond flow measurement to include the communication infrastructure required to transfer field data to the operating network. Pangan Electronic’s contractual scope covered two 28-inch flanged EF2002 electromagnetic flowmeters in a separate-transmitter configuration. The flow sensors and transmitters were specified as separate assemblies to support installation requirements at the measurement points. The communication and electrical package included MikroTik point-to-point radios, Modbus-to-TCP gateways, a router, electrical panels, cabling and related accessories. The service scope also covered radio configuration, network commissioning, cable installation, wiring, termination and electrical commissioning of the flowmeters.
