Supply and Commissioning of 100 Electromagnetic Flowmeters for Kerman Water and Wastewater Company

Kerman Water and Wastewater Company awarded Pangan Electronic a large-scale flow measurement project involving the manufacture and supply of electromagnetic flowmeters for its water and wastewater facilities. The project scope included the manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of 100 compact six-inch EF1000 electromagnetic flowmeters. The instruments were manufactured in accordance with the client’s approved technical specifications and supplied without a separate data logger. The flowmeters featured a local LCD display, a 4–20 mA analog output and Modbus RTU communication over RS-485. Their unobstructed measuring tube contained no moving parts, while the cast-aluminum transmitter enclosure was specified with IP68 ingress protection. Periodic calibration certification was also included as part of the technical requirements. With 100 instruments manufactured, installed and commissioned, this project represents one of Pangan Electronic’s major flow measurement references in the Iranian water and wastewater sector.
