Description

An ultrasonic level gauge is a measuring device used to measure the level of liquids, solids, or moving materials. This device uses the principle of sending ultrasonic waves and receiving their reflection from the target surface to determine the height or thickness of the surface. UCS3 series ultrasonic level gauges are ultrasonic transmitters and receivers that transmit information about the surface pattern to their transmitter by sending sound waves to the surface of the material and receiving them. This data, along with the instantaneous information of the ambient temperature whose sensor is embedded in the sensor body, is processed in the transmitter and the result is the measured distance.
