Temperature measurement is one of the most important parameter measurement methods for process control and monitoring in industries today. Temperature measurement methods vary depending on the reliability of factory processes, safety, and environmental conditions. By selecting temperature measurement methods appropriate to the intended application and studying the requirements of that method, the desired product can be found. The most common temperature measurement methods in the industry include temperature measurement using thermocouples, temperature measurement using resistance thermometers (RTD), and temperature measurement using an infrared thermometer. Currently, the infrared non-contact thermometer equipment is the only product manufactured by Pangan Electronic Engineering Company in the field of temperature measurement. The IRT100 series non-contact infrared thermometers have the ability to accurately measure the temperature of fixed and moving objects without contacting the target object. This is done using the infrared detector embedded in these sensors. The wavelength of the waves processed by this equipment includes waves of 5 to 12 micrometers. The compressed air cleaning auxiliary system allows the use of this sensor in environments with high levels of pollution. Also, the lack of a separate power supply and the device's energy supply from the 4-20mA circuit makes the device easy to use. One of the outstanding and distinguishing features of this type of equipment compared to other types is their high response speed due to non-contact. This sensor has the ability to measure the temperature of various fixed and moving objects in industrial environments at an infrared wavelength between 5 and 12 micrometers. The presence of an additional compressed air cleaning system allows the use of this sensor in environments with high levels of pollution.
